Project Novska – Delivery of the ORO 12.5 SA Boiler Plant

TPK Orometal d.d. has signed a contract for the delivery and installation of a new steam boiler plant with a capacity of 12.5 t/h for the investor Thermo Stone d.o.o., Novska. The project includes complete equipment delivery, steam pipeline fabrication, installation, and commissioning of the system.

Within the scope of the project, the following will be delivered:

• Steam boiler ORO 12.5 SA, operating pressure 13 bar

• Burner, economizer, and double-walled chimney

• Feedwater tank 10 m³, deaerator 15 m³/h, blowdown tank

• Steam distributor DN250 and complete piping to the existing production line

• Support structures, steel platforms, and insulation

• Installation, electrical automation, commissioning, and operator training

The equipment is supplied and installed in accordance with applicable standards, including GestrA automation, Weshaupt burner, water treatment system, and SCADA monitoring.
